Average Time of Level Completion: 1 Semester

Class Placement:  New Students ages 7+ or completed Pre-Ballet  III by instructor approval

Intro to Ballet Dress Code: 

Please have your dancer wear the dress code they are most comfortable in.

Girls Dress Code:

• Attire: Baby Blue or Black leotard and skirt, ballet tights, and ballet slippers. (If your dancer has previously been in pre-ballet pink and does not have a baby blue leotard yet, they can wear their Pre-Ballet Pink Leotard).

• Hair: Pulled away from the face, preferably in a bun.

• Tights and Slippers: Must match. Options are:

• Pink tights with matching pink ballet slippers.

• Tights that closely match the dancer's skin tone with matching skin-tone ballet slippers.

Recommended Items:

• Baby Blue Leotard (Required for School Year 2024/25 Academy Youth Ballet levels)

• Baby Blue Skirt (Required for School Year 2024/25 Academy Youth Ballet levels)

• Tights and Slippers

Boys Dress Code:

• Attire: White T-shirt, black leggings/tights/bike shorts, white socks, and white ballet slippers.

• Hair: Neat and pulled away from the face if long.

Recommended Item:

• White T-Shirt  (Required for School Year 2024/25 Academy Youth Ballet levels)

• Ballet Slippers
