Treat yourself to a blissful evening practice in the yoga dome with Kerry Walker and Alex Devaux. Come and experience the benefits of restorative yoga and healing bodywork. This two-hour class will start with a gentle yoga sequence to warm up your muscles and maximize tension release and relaxation. Then you will be guided into relaxing restorative yoga postures with the aid of belts, bolsters and blankets. The instructors will further relax you with massage. Class is limited to 10 people.
