Weeks to Confidence on the Mat
Every Sunday in January 11:45 am-12:45 pm
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after a long break, this 4-week series will help you build a strong, steady foundation in a warm, supportive environment. You’ll learn essential yoga poses, how to breathe with more ease, how to move safely, and — most importantly — how to use props with confidence so you can walk into any class feeling prepared.
This series also creates space for questions, conversation, and personalized adjustments so you can explore what works best in your body. By the end, you’ll feel confident stepping into just about any class on our schedule, knowing you have the tools, language, and awareness you need to make the practice your own.

This registration is for IN PERSON AT THE STUDIO. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. If you have your own mat and want to bring it - great! If not, we have them at the studio for you to use during class.
