Over three nourishing days and two restful nights, we’ll gather in community for yoga, meditation, nature walks, sound healing, ceremony, and intentional rest. Inspired by the belief that we are all waves in the same ocean, this retreat offers a chance to remember your wholeness and move gently toward balance, healing, and spacious presence.

• Discounted lodging rate for 2 nights at Salishan Coastal Lodge (retreat rate: $239/night, includes resort fee + parking)
