AcroYoga is a practice that combines the dynamic wisdom of acrobatics, the awareness, breath and balance of yoga, and the healing nature of Thai massage- all into one! Working with a partner, these three disciplines are fused into spectacular sequences of inversions, flows and balances! Come learn the fundamentals of AcroYoga and how to harness trust and communication through this practice.

This workshop is open to all yogis - beginner, advanced, and anything in between of all ages.  No partner required! Come as you are !
