o   8:30PM-9:30PM - Dark Heels Hardstyle

Dark Heels Flow

This class focuses on exploring the darker side of sensuality through heels based choreography. We will learn 1 minute of choreo that rides a line between sinister and sexy with a focus on musicality either through physical accents or adding intention to our movement. Weird shapes, unique transitions, and darker music that culminates in a hypnotizing display like a beautiful horror movie that you find unsettling yet you can't quite look away from.

Heels and knee pads are highly encouraged. We usually don't need a lot of skin grip but it's always good to be prepared to layer up or down depending on the choreography. Must be able to climb, hold a jasmine, and invert is preferred but level modifications will be available.

Dark Heels Hardstyle

This class focuses on exploring the darker side of sensuality through fast paced heels based choreography. We will learn 1 minute of choreo that rides a line between sinister and sexy with a focus on musicality through quick physical accents and dramatic drops. Weird shapes, unique transitions, and darker music culminates in a dynamic display of movement while still feeling fluid and cohesive. 

Heels and knee pads are highly encouraged. We usually don't need a lot of skin grip but it's always good to be prepared to layer up or down depending on the choreography. Must be able to invert and harder modifications will be available.

While weirdgaypsider is a stage persona, his human name is Peter. He started pole dancing from the simple suggestion of a birthday event for a friend in 2018. However it wasn’t until he attended a class at a different studio (Flaunt Fitness, Philadelphia) that his passion for the craft really blossomed and he realized the importance of creating a warm and welcoming community. While he came in with no movement or fitness background he learned very quickly and soon progressed to an instructor assistant position before continuing his practice to become a full fledged pole teacher when he moved to Southern California. 

He now teaches weekly at Sadies Pole Studio in Los Angeles and he uses those past experiences to ensure his classes are welcoming, supportive, and challenging while ensuring the details to succeed are always explained and demonstrated explicitly and repeatedly so no one leaves feeling like they didn’t learn something new. Outside of teaching he regularly performs and competes around the world such as in: Exotic Moon Italy, Skripped Down Canada, US Pole Champions, Comedy Pole Show LA, Creature of Chrome Show NJ, and many more.
