An experiential Session for expectant parents and those with pre-walking children (exceptions available- this is about building Community & older children may be ok to join!)

Join Celeste and be held by her 2 decades of doula wisdom surrounding the magical time when baby is in the womb and the first few years of life! 

We will learn tools to prepare for a birth or sustain the challenges that come with early parenthood. Expect a yoga flow, chanting, dancing, breath work for energy, relaxation, shifting your perspective and more! 

Our intention is to expand a like-hearted community providing support along the wonderful sacred path of being a parent!
