Do you experience spinal stiffness or tension? Long for greater spinal mobility and suppleness? This workshop is designed for those seeking to enhance their spinal health and alleviate chronic discomfort through mindful, gentle movements and deep breathwork.
This is a 2-part series: the first session focuses on the fundamentals of spinal movement, while the second session builds on this foundation to develop spinal mobility and fluidity through practical movement.
In this workshop, we will focus on the four fundamental movements of the spine—flexion, extension, lateral flexion, and rotation—exploring them in various orientations, such as supine, hands and knees, seated, and standing. By integrating breath, grounding, and spinal elongation, you’ll learn to release tension and bring more fluidity to your spine. This process will not only help you feel more mobile, but it will also create a sense of ease and balance in the body.
