Come learn engagement and alignment techniques to build strength into your everyday practice. Find more fluidity in transitions, help minimize injury risk, and build foundational strength for more advanced postures.

What to expect:

  • Starting with a Vinyasa-style flow, we'll break it down and add to it, finding ways to adapt your flow to build more strength where YOU need it.
  • We'll practice specific drills to build upper body, core, and leg strength.
  • We'll also break down muscle engagements for specific poses, and each student will have a chance to work on their own roadmap to more advanced postures.
