Yoga Therapy Weekend with Dani Hébert at EPIC Yoga

Join us for a nourishing two-day immersion into the therapeutic foundations of yoga, grounded in the classical lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, T.K.V. Desikachar, and the teachings of Ramaswami and Mohan. This weekend explores yoga as a complete system of inner health—supporting physical wellbeing, mental clarity, emotional regulation, and holistic balance.

Across both sessions, you’ll experience gentle classical vinyasas, restorative postures, accessible breathing practices (prāāyāma), and practical guidance on how to adapt yoga to your individual needs. You’ll also learn the reasoning and philosophy behind the practices, empowering you with tools you can take into your daily life.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Props and modifications will be offered throughout.

Friday Evening — Therapeutic Yoga Practice

Begin the weekend with a spacious, deeply restorative therapeutic class designed to ground the body and settle the mind. This extended session blends:

• Gentle, classical vinyasa sequences that support circulation, joint health, and nervous system regulation

• Restorative postures for release, recovery, and deep rest

• Foundational prāāyāma to support clarity, steadiness, and emotional balance

• Guiding philosophy from the Krishnamacharya lineage on how yoga functions as a system for inner wellbeing—from the physical body to the subtler layers of mind and emotion

This is an evening to unwind, reconnect with yourself, and experience yoga as a living, therapeutic practice.
