Led by sound healer Melissa Maddern, this 75-minute experience begins with a short guided meditation and gently unfolds into a healing landscape of sound using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other soothing instruments.

No experience is required—just come as you are.
Dress comfortably to lie on the floor, and bring anything you need to support your rest: a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and an optional eye covering.
