a month of heavy lifting, Flowtober brings the balance—strength
through range. Expect smooth, dynamic flows that lengthen what
we’ve been strengthening while still building heat: active
mobility, controlled transitions, core + balance work, and breath
that keeps you moving—not snoozing. You’ll open hips, chest, and
T-spine while reinforcing strong lines, better posture, and easier
recovery. Come for the stretch, leave with supple strength and that
clear, grounded post-flow vibe.
What counts as a “Flow” class?
Flow, Fusion Flow, Slow Flow and Flex & Flow (live or replay) all count toward your Flowtober total.
