WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?
The main idea behind this mind-body 're-set' is that we need to process and digest everything we take in through our 5 senses, retain what is good and nutritive, and release both mental and physical waste products. 

Now is the time to process and digest our experiences so they don't build up in our mental, physical and emotional body.

This Detox is an at-home retreat for the body, mind, spirit, emotions and an immune system reset. This is a fresh start and a great way to get on track with your healthy lifestyle this season.

• 2 days of classes + 1 intro class, instruction, support 
• 1 week of ‘prep’ guidance before the Detox start date and full access to Sue for questions and guidance during the detox - all day every day
