MEDITATION TEACHER TRAINING level 1: 
3 in-person sessions plus 2 months of ongoing mediation classes

*Includes 2 months(Jan & Feb) of weekly meditation classes with Sue (Sunday mornings for 30 minutes)

OVERVIEW: This is a 20 hour beginning, foundational training to become a teacher of meditation OR to deepen your personal meditation practice.
(incudes in person sessions, practice, teaching practicum, outdoor experiences, final evaluation, take-home manual, ongoing support)

Deepen and solidify your personal meditation practice and learn to guide others to do the same.

All contact hours are with Soulspace Founder, Sue Bonanno who has trained with Deepak Chopra, and holds certifications in Meditation & Ayurveda from the Chopra Center in California and Mindfulness for Business certification from MIT Sloan. Sue is a Yoga Alliance experienced 500 hour registered yoga teacher.  Sue is also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.

*prerequisite is the start of a personal meditation practice 

*3 books are recommended for reading before and during the training month.  Trainees are provided with the titles upon signing up
