This one-hour class focuses on building flexibility, core stability, and muscular strength to support safe, powerful dancing. Dancers will work through dynamic stretches, active flexibility drills, and age-appropriate conditioning exercises designed to improve alignment, posture, and overall body awareness. Perfect for students looking to enhance their technique, prevent injuries, and feel stronger and more confident in all styles of dance. No prior experience required—just come ready to move!

WELCOME GUIDE
DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

Arrive no more than 5–10 minutes before class. Students must be dressed and ready (changing at the studio is allowed)

Dancers must be picked up promptly at the end of class. Repeated late pickups may result in added fees or temporary pause in enrollment

Young dancers must be escorted in and out of the building by an adult

Before/After Care is only offered during designated camps and workshops, not weekly classes

General Guidelines for All Classes:

Long Hair: Must be secured in a bun

Bangs: Longer than eyebrow length must be clipped or pinned back

Short Hair: Must be secured off the face with a headband or clips
Jewelry: No jewelry allowed, including smart watches. Small stud earrings only
