• Dine on an exquisite plant-based meal, lunch shared with others, a staple in building community and connection
• Discover what is feels like to move with ease, comfort and freedom

10-12 Workshop 1 > Eco Somatics: Remembering a time when we lived in harmony with the seasons, cultivating embodied belonging, a feeling of being “at home” or “in place” experienced physically and emotionally through your body, connections to others and your environment. Enjoy Somatic Movement Practice with Visualization.

12-1 Plant Based Gastronomic Lunch

1-4 Workshop 2 > Return to Light: Journalling Journey with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping) and seed planting Guided Meditation. Learn to dissipate charged emotions through Somatic Practices; enjoy Somatic Yoga and culminating in a Celestial Somatic Dance.

BYO Mat (we do have some to lend if you do not have one). Water bottle, blanket, wear comfortable clothes you can move in, no shoes required.
