The Sacred Ordinary is a monthly offering that invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and remember the medicine within.

 

Through guided breathwork, you'll explore simple and accessible practices that support regulation, release, and presence. Each session closes with a shared tea ritual and quiet reflection, creating space for integration and grounding.

 

This is a space for homecoming - not performance or striving - where the breath becomes a bridge back to yourself.

 

What to bring: a yoga mat, water, a blanket or shawl for comfort, journal (optional), and an eye mask/covering (a few will be provided, but bringing your own is encouraged).

 

Please note: Breathwork may not be suitable for those who are pregnant, or who have cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, glaucoma, or other significant health concerns. If unsure, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.
