Join us for a 4 week family yoga session appropriate for family duos, trios, etc. This class is appropriate for ages 10 and older! However families are welcome to bring younger children to this class.

 

Classes will include:

- partner/group work within family groups

- breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation activities

- movement through yoga sequences and skill building

- relaxation techniques

 

This class is aimed at introducing yoga to kids and the adults in their lives. We will provide an all levels practice in a fun way that focuses on high quality family time.
