perfect workshop for you!
In this workshop, join experienced
Senior Yoga Instructor Kerri on a journey through some of the
fundamentals of yoga:

Common yoga poses (Asana): learn how to modify and use props to meet yourself where you are

How to move your body safely: learn to listen to signals from your body and know when to challenge yourself and when to slow down

Breath regulation: Learn basic yoga breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, reduce tension and move better
