this camp “Young Yogis” will have fun practicing poses and breath
work including playing yoga games and related crafting activtiies.
Lessons and activities that promote creativity, personality
exploration and self confidence will also be included!
M,M & Me
yoga is designed to empower kids by helping them experience and
practice mindfulness and yoga skills. Yoga builds confidence in
children, promotes respect of oneself and others, and develops a
chil's ability to balance movement and stillness, states of
activity and states of calm.

Special Instructions
All participants should arrive promptly with a yoga mat and water bottle. If your child does not already have a yoga mat, we have children's mats availalble for purchase with advanced notice. Please try to purchase in advance of the first day of camp.
Participants must be picked up at the end of class. Any camper not picked up promptly at the end of camp will uncurr an additional charge of $20 per 15 minutes. Please contact us at (803) 675-5300 in advance if alternate arrangements are required.
