Okay, okay. So you're not giving up and we don't want to give you up or let you go either. We'll call this class Pole Addicts Anonymous.

This class is only available to those that have made it through our foundational pole program levels 1-5. No exceptions.  More freestyle pole dancing and more tricks in this 8-week series. Use the pole as a vehicle to explore your sensuality and love your assets in an encouraging environment. 

Shhh... don't tell anyone but pole dancing can also be a great workout. Each 90-minute class includes a warm up, conditioning, and dancing.  

**Can't make it to every class? No problem. Choose your dates individually or purchase the whole series and save.**

This series will be capped at 6 dancers.

FAQs:

Do I have to be strong or fit to start? Absolutely not. You'll build strength and flexibility over time and work to your body's own limit.

Do I have to have dance experience? You must have taken our pole levels 1-5 for foundational pole knowledge.

What should I wear? Wear regular fitness attire or whatever makes you feel good! Please keep your intimate areas covered. Your thighs will need to be exposed for this series. Heels are always welcome. Knee pads required.

Are there make up classes? Due to the nature of this class there are no “make up” classes. 

My schedule changed. Can I have a refund? As mentioned in our waiver and release form, all sales are final and we don't offer transfers or refunds.
