Description
LEVELS: 1-2
DESCRIPTION:
Participants will be asked to
choose an apparatus [Silks or Lyra] and stick with it for the
duration of the session. This is a 'learn at your own pace' class,
where all students will be working between levels 1 and 2 on either
apparatus. Beginner Aerial is open to ages 10 and up, including
adults. This class is suitable for absolute beginners and those who
are still newer to learning the discipline. Each week participants
will learn new skills and progression in their chosen apparatus,
with the guidance of our trained coaches. Please note that Safety
is a priority in our training values - which means level testing
must be completed before advancing to the next
level.
