Celebrate the ways we love and express ourselves through movement and art. We start with one hour of Slow Flow Yoga to build focus, clarity and connection. Then we shift into space to create art together. Art supplies and prompts will be provided. Snacks and refreshments will also be provided as well. This is a free event with limited spaces open.
