We are elated to bring to Bliss our very own Women’s Circle! Women’s Circles offer a safe and gentle space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together and share. This 105 minute, once a month offering will be comprised of meditation, discussion, and movement, all designed to release stored emotions that easily get trapped in the body and in the mind. Consider this a time where you can put down all of the labels women carry and simply be. These will take place each month around the Full Moon.

Please bring a journal and pen. Light colored clothing is optional to help absorb the beautiful full moon energy.
