After this energetic reset, Lisa leads you on the Holy Love II Reiki Experience. Essentially a guided meditation, it works with your energy to release past emotions that no longer serve your purpose, making room for new, positive energies and intentions. Throughout this process, the harmonious sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes will lull you into a profound restorative state of consciousness.

 

Following the reiki meditation and sound bath, you will be in a heightened state of receptivity. This is the ideal state for Tara to take you on an enlightening journey into a past life you have lived. This journey, imbued with the transformative energy of New Year's, concludes with a visit from your spirit guide or guardian angel, offering you a message to carry with you into the coming year.
