Indulge in a Fluid Yoga style of class that invites your body to become supple, strong and free. Fill up on the Moffat Oceanic Breeze, take in the good of gazing at nature, looking out to the waves, looking up to the sky and trees, while being bathed in a sphere of sound. Enjoy Pranayama (Breath work) + Mindful Mantras + Meditation all weaved into surround sound, using Silent Sounds Headsets with @tammy_yoga_nrg

Expect a unique & mindfully mixed  set to inspire a Clear Mind-Full Heart
