Come join a group of women practicing moving their bodies gently and intuitively to heal and break free from self judging inner voices.  This is NOT a dance class!!!  We will have music and we will be moving our bodies, but the aim is to move freely and intuitively whether it “goes” with the music or not.  

 

We will begin by creating a safe space for all of us by connecting in a circle. Lori will introduce the concept of intuitive movement as a form of self healing on multiple levels.  

 

Next, Lori will lead us through some breathing exercises and warm up movements to relax.

 

We will then move into a period of intuitive movement for about 30 - 40 minutes.

 

To complete, we will come together in a circle to integrate our experience through sharing.  To have the opportunity to be heard and honored with grace for ourselves and each other.

 

The intention of this time is to:

 

Relax into the safety of our body and a circle of women

 

Accept our feelings and bodies EXACTLY as they are

 

Soften our hearts

 

Let go of inner judgments
