Join us for a yoga and craft community building event! 

 

Our class will begin with some gentle movement on our mats. This will help prep us for our (mostly) seated crafting, and get the creativity flowing! 

 

Next, will pause the yoga portion of class to start crafting. We will be making 2026 collages to kick off the new year. Your collage could depict goals, items that put you in a good mood or inspire you, or any other items you wish! 

All materials will be provided, however you’re welcome to bring magazines for yourself or to share with the group. 

 

After we’ve crafted for a while, we will enjoy a Yin style practice to close out our class.
