The Murph Challenge is named for Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005.The “MURPH” Memorial Day workout honors him - all donations at the YBS Event are given to The Wounded Warrior Project. Minimum donation $15.

The Murph Challenge consists of

* 2 mile run

*100 pull-ups

*200 push-ups

*300 squats

The more seasoned athletes will wear a 20lb weighted vest or body armor. Modifications will be given to provide assistance so anyone wanting to participate can do so! For example, the run can be a walk and the pull-ups can have assistance.
