Description

Calling all who want to kick start their new year fitness resolutions right! Commit to 5 sessions Wednesday evenings 6-7pm. (Option to also sign up for our Saturday mornings sessions 9:30-10:30am). On Wednesdays from January 7 - February 4, you will join Heidi for a full hour bootcamp kick of Cardio & Strength moves. Beginner - Advanced welcome: modifications will be given for differing abilities. Limited Enrollment.
