During the painting session, you'll explore unique painting techniques adapted for the aerial environment. No prior art or yoga experience is necessary – just a willingness to explore and have fun! Our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Guided Aerial Yoga: A beginner-friendly flow to warm up and center you.

Painting Session: Play with the combination of watercolors and aerials.

All Materials Provided: Canvas affirmation, paints, brushes, and aerial silks are included.
