This Valentine’s season, give yourself the ultimate confidence boost.
Over six weeks, you’ll learn a full heels flow routine that’s all about strength, expression, and self-love — with just the right touch of tease. Each week builds on the last as you piece together a routine you can keep just for you or share with someone special.
We wrap it all up on Valentine’s Day, celebrating everything you’ve built — power, movement, and confidence that comes from owning your space.
Prerequisite: Students must have completed
