Move, play, and relax! Üphoria offers half-day camps for children ages 5-8 to explore yoga and mindfulness in a safe and playful way. Camps are appropriate for children new to yoga and experienced yogis alike. Activities include breathwork, yoga poses and expressive movement, music, games, arts & crafts, motor skills, outdoor time, and relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a water bottle and nut-free snack.
