Step into a Winter Wonderland of yoga, creativity, and fun!
This winter, 9-12 year olds are invited to join our Winter Holiday Yoga Adventure, where imagination and movement come to life. Each day brings playful yoga journeys through snowy forests and cozy cabins, calming breathwork, winter-themed arts & crafts, music, expressive dance, yoga games, and heartwarming storytelling. Children will explore balance, mindfulness, and creativity while celebrating the magic of the season in a joyful, nurturing space. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a labeled water bottle and nut-free snack.
