Join Lisa Blanchard and Lisa Beaupre-MacKinnon for a relaxing and enchanting evening. Lisa Beaupre-MacKinnon will lead you through a deeply relaxing and restorative yoga class while Lisa Blanchard will play the Crystal and Tibetan Bowls. The bowls are sound healing instruments that guide the body into the relaxation response of the body stimulating the body's natural healing ability. You will emerge relaxed, renewed and refreshed.  Please bring two blankets, water, yoga mat, comfy warm clothes and a smile.
