Flow into Afro-latin, funk, deep house, hip-hop follow along dance movement, sweat and have fun! Krystle will be playing a pre-made mix for 45 min woven with The Living Drums, Steve Lobes and Shaun.
Then be lightly guided into free space roots ecstatic dance and let the live drums and percussion move you with liberation and appreciation!
