Join us Thanksgiving Day at 9:00 am for a grounding practice to honor our lived experiences, savor the present moment, and cultivate gratitude toward self and community.
This Gratitude Practice blends mindful movement, community
sharing, and restful yoga nidra. Led by Alysha Rose and
Steve Jones,
this gathering will offer space to reflect, connect, and find
peace. Let’s create a morning filled with gratitude, joy, and
love.
No prior yoga experience? No worries—this practice is for
EVERYONE.
Attendance is by donation ($15 suggestion), class credit, or membership. Choose the $0 Donation Pass at checkout to complete your registration if you are choosing complimentary attendance or would like to make a cash or other donation in person at the event.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fees are non-refundable. Should you find yourself in any circumstance that prevents your attendance after you register, please reach out to Jennifer Rohn at jarohn@fullcircleut.com. We will work with you directly to find a fair solution, but do not guarantee any refunds.
Should Full Circle Yoga & Therapy have to cancel this event for any reason, you will be refunded your full registration fee. Should this event be canceled, you understand and agree that your maximum refund is the total amount you paid for event registration fees to Full Circle Yoga & Therapy. We accept no responsibility for any other fees or costs incurred by you individually and will not issue any compensation for amounts beyond our own registration fees.
