Transform Your Relationship with Mindfulness for Couples
Love is an adventure—one that thrives when guided by shared values, intentional connection, and open-hearted growth.
Join us for our next 4-week series that will deepen intimacy, foster meaningful communication, and strengthen your partnership using the proven techniques of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and yoga-inspired movement. This experience is designed to be inclusive, accessible, and uplifting for ALL couples—no prior yoga or meditation experience needed.
Each weekly session blends evidence-based therapeutic techniques with mindfulness and movement to create a powerful, whole-body approach to relationship growth. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Build a Stronger Foundation with Values-Based Living
Discover how identifying and aligning with your individual and shared values can create clarity and direction in your relationship. Mindfulness for Couples helps you recognize what truly matters and use those values as a guide to navigate challenges with compassion and resilience.
2. Increase Intimacy and Connection
Through guided mindfulness exercises and interactive communication strategies, you’ll learn how to foster deeper connection and create space for vulnerability, joy, and shared purpose.
3. Improve Communication and Navigate Conflict Mindfully
Experience new ways to approach difficult conversations with kindness and openness. You’ll learn how to embrace differences, reduce reactivity, and remain present even during moments of tension—all while staying true to your values and maintaining mutual respect.
4. Share in Joy and Community with Other Couples
Mindfulness for Couples offers a supportive and non-judgmental group environment where you can share experiences, learn from others, and find inspiration from a welcoming community of like-minded couples. Together, we celebrate growth and connection.

Special Instructions
This is an in-person event that will be held in our studio located at 1719 S. Main in Salt Lake City. Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be prorated. Please be sure you are able to attend all or most sessions before registering.
Please bring a mat and any props you like to have for practice. Limited studio props, including mats, are available for use without a rental fee for those who do not have their own. Please bring a personal water bottle and dress in attire that is comfortable for you to move and stretch in. All participants are welcome to bring any other comfort items they wish to have on hand. You may also want your own journaling/writing supplies.
Please note that we are following local health guidelines to do our part in preventing the spread of communicable illnesses. Please understand that these guidelines may change on short notice. We ask that if you are experiencing any illness symptoms you wear a mask and refrain from attending unless you have been fever-free for at least 24 hours without medication.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fees for Mindfulness for Couples
are non-refundable. Should you find yourself in any circumstance
that prevents your attendance after you register, please reach out
to Jennifer Rohn at jarohn@fullcircleut.com. We will work with you
directly to find a fair solution, but do not guarantee any
refunds.
Registration fees for Mindfulenss for Couples cannot be
prorated. Partial refunds will not be granted for missed sessions
of the series; however, materials for missed sessions will be
distributed to all participants.
You agree to accept online attendance as an equitable substitute
should any situation arise that prevents us from meeting in person.
This includes changes in local social distancing mandates, safety
determinations made by Full Circle Yoga & Therapy's owners and
operators, as well as any unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will
not be granted should in-person attendance be disallowed for any
reason.
If you choose a payment plan option at registration, you agree
to make your first payment at the time of registration and
understand that all subsequent payments must be made before the end
of the series. Payments made under a payment plan arrangement are
non-refundable, even if you choose to forego attendance after
signing up. By completing registration for this series you give
Full Circle Yoga & Therapy permission to auto-charge all
payments owed under your payment arrangement until your
registration fee is paid in full.
Should Full Circle Yoga & Therapy have to cancel this event for
any reason, you will be refunded your full registration fee or a
prorated fee for any cancellations that occur after the event
starts. Should this event be canceled, you understand and agree
that your maximum refund is the total amount you paid for event
registration fees to Full Circle Yoga & Therapy. We accept no
responsibility for any other fees or costs incurred by you
individually and will not issue any compensation for amounts beyond
our own registration fees.
