Join Optimize staff for our 6 week catching specific camp for baseball. This camp will focus on blocking, framing, body positioning, throw downs to second, pick-offs to first and third, tag plays and gaining an understanding of pitch calling. This camp will include athletes ages 10-15 years old. Athletes will be placed in groups and throwing partners based on age and skill level.

Each athlete must provide their own catching gear
