The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance between day and night, light and dark and the transition into the season of introspection and letting go. The equinox is the perfect time to align with the Earth's natural rhythms, focusing on inner balance and planting seeds for future success and growth.

 

To welcome the darker months ahead, we will ground in the present with gentle warming movement, settling into yin and restorative postures to mark the transition into the coming cooler seasons.  Our practice will end with an extended sound bath of drums, a gong, sound bowls, wind and water instruments. Enjoy complimentary tea upon arrival. Aromatherapy with essential oils will be incorporated throughout the event. 

 

Wear comfortable clothing and bring any personal props for your comfort. Props will be available at the studio.
