Beginner 1 DDA is for those who qualify for DDA and between 3-7 years old who are new to the pool and/or are still learning basic skills. If you qualify, call the pool and ask for the Aquatic Director to discuss with your case manager on how to register.

Skills learned:

• Bobs
• 10 sec. back floats
• 10 sec. front floats
• Backstroke kicks
• Streamline

Students need to be proficient in these skills without the assistance of an instructor in order to pass to the next level.
