Step into a sanctuary of stillness and sound designed to reset your mind, realign your body, and reconnect you with your inner calm.
This 2-hour immersive journey weaves together conscious breathwork, mindful movement, aerial meditation, and sound healing to guide you from tension to tranquility.
1. Breath to Restart (10 min)
We begin with guided breathwork to ground and awaken your energy.
Through gentle pranayama and mindful breathing techniques, you’ll
clear mental fog, slow the nervous system, and prepare your body
for deeper awareness. Each inhale becomes an invitation to begin
again — to restart from within.
2. Flow to Refocus (60 min)
Transition into a mindful yoga flow that brings focus and balance
back to your body. Moving intentionally with your breath, this
practice is designed to release stagnant energy, build presence,
and cultivate clarity. Expect a slow, fluid sequence accessible to
all levels, supporting both strength and surrender as you refocus
your energy and attention.
3. Float in Sound 50 min)
Finally, melt into the yoga hammock, where you’ll be gently
cocooned in weightlessness for a floating meditation and sound
bath. As the body releases into suspension, waves of live or
recorded healing sound, from crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle
tones, wash over you, creating deep resonance and restoration.
Here, you are invited to simply float, receive, and be.

Special Instructions
Studio information: please leave plenty of time to get to the
studio (or log on if you are attending virtually) to ensure a safe
& harmonious experience for all, latecomers will not be
permitted as the teacher will already be in the class.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start of the
workshop.
Car
We have a 12 space car park available for customer use on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are no spaces available, alternative parking can be found at:
Shalford Car Park (next to the Scout Hut) – 0.4 miles, 9 minute walk.
Shalford Park Car Park (in Shalford Park) – 0.5 miles, 10 minute walk
Shalford Train Station Car Park – 0.5 miles, 10 minute walk
There is also on-street parking available in various local roads, including near St. Mary’s Church.

Our nearest bus stop is St. Mary’s Church in Shalford, which is 50 metres from the Studio.
