**This 4-week series will be on Mondays 815pm-930pm
In this series you’ll be introduced to grounded and descending inversions, and trick combinations.We will also engage in strength training and conditioning in every session.
Strength and stamina conditioning is intensified in this course as we weave movements together into short combinations. By the end of the series you’ll be able to piece movements together with confidence.
(Each session is 75 mins and is once per week for four weeks in a row.)

Climb Requirement: Students must be able to climb the pole unassisted.

Attire: Wear or bring shorts for proper skin grip.

Experience Level: At least 3-6 months of pole experience required before enrolling.

Equipment: Please bring a yoga mat for stretching and water to stay hydrated during class.

Late Policy: Students will not be permitted to join if more than 5 minutes late.
