Taos' location in the high desert and Sangre de Cristo Mountains will provide a serene and inspiring backdrop for our retreat, while its bohemian atmosphere and rich history offer an experience that you can't quite find anywhere else.

Taos is known for its connection to the earth's energy and is often considered a place of healing and transformation. 

This retreat is exclusively hosted by and conducted by The Pranayama Group L.L.C. dba The Bridge Yoga, BCS.

Your retreat booking includes the following:

-6 nights accomodations in a DOUBLE occupancy, shared room with either one king bed or 2 full/queen beds.

-3 vegetarian meals a day, prepared by a local Taos chef who will be on site with us for the week. (Note: non-vegetarian options available for an upgrade of $15 per day)

-Daily yoga, meditation, and mantra practice (all mats and props are provided)
-an offer to opt-in to a 1-1 yoga or meditation session with Kelli during the retreat
-a sound bath
-a cacao ceremony
-guided excursions (including a visit to the Neem Karoli Baba Ashram and the Taos Pueblo)
-transportation to the guided excursions
