This women’s yoga & meditation retreat will provide you with a variety of opportunities to recommit to the practices most dear to you and your development, while at the same time, offer you new pathways toward deepening your wisdom and discernment. You will leave authentically equipped to care for and support the people in your life (including you) once we return home.

This retreat is exclusively hosted by and conducted by The Pranayama Group L.L.C. dba The Bridge Yoga, BCS.
