In this unique experience, participants will get a chance to receive the benefits of both Reiki energy healing and sound healing simultaneously. Participants will be guided through a brief meditation and intention setting for the class, and then will lay comfortably on yoga mats while Reiki is offered to them and sound bowls are played. Laura Brand will partner with Katherine (see bio) to offer this truly special experience.

What is Reiki? Reiki is a hands-on healing technique that involves the transfer of healing energy through gentle hand placements. It promotes relaxation, stress reduction and the body’s ability to heal itself.
