Join Jayme & Eevie (7 yr) for a playful Mini & Me partner yoga. We will breathe, stretch, twist and balance in a fun practice meant to encourage healthy minds and bodies and nurture your bond with your mini. Open to any relationship and all genders - grandparent/grandchild, parent/child, auncle/nibling, etc. This is partner-style, so only 1 child per adult.  Best for kids age 5-9, but we have wiggle room :)

Please book 1 spot per adult/child combo but bring a mat for each of you!

Bring Water and a Yoga Mat per person.  Not Heated.
