At KPower we strongly believe in being true to your authentic self.  We want to empower our youth to feel strong and confident in themselves, their physical strength and in their mental health. Try a 45 minute class to learn some basic yoga and breathing techniques, eventually building into a stronger flow- using the tools they've learned.

*No previous experince required. This class is intended for youth age 7-10. Intended to do on their own without a parent in the yoga studio. (Parents are encouraged to wait in the lobby or parking lot).
