Stay Gold wouldn’t be Stay Gold without you. Our members are the heart of this community, and we want to celebrate that!

To say thank you for showing up, sweating it out, and making Stay Gold your home gym this year, we’re throwing a Member Appreciation Party in your honour at Bar Mordecai (1272 Dundas Street West) on January 13th.

Join us from 7–10pm for karaoke, drinks, and snacks, plus the chance to kick off the new year with your Stay Gold crew. Come sing, sip, laugh, and connect with fellow members outside the gym — no burpees required.
