Join Katrina for a two-hour workshop designed to support your body and mind during the colder months. We’ll start with a brief chat about the Five Elements and the connections the Water Element has to our health and emotions.

 

Then enjoy a 45-minute slow flow to gently open and activate the Kidney and Bladder channels. 

 

After a short break, we’ll move into a calming blend of:

 

• Seasonal qigong and acupressure

• Meditation and breathwork

• Yin and Restorative postures
